Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within the first 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Once the items arrive back with us and have been checked, we will process a full refund for them. We are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred. We do not accept returns for refunds after 14 days has passed.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We are able to process returns quicker if we know to expect them and they have the correct documentation with them. If you wish to return your items, please email info@celuplast.com in advance to advise us that you wish to return their items.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed from the date the return arrives.
